About us
Ground Truth Solutions is an international, non-governmental organisation that helps people affected by crisis influence the design and implementation of humanitarian aid.
We work to ensure the priorities of people affected by crisis are systematically considered in humanitarian action, from individual projects and organisations to complex responses and system-wide humanitarian reform.
Meet the team
Ground Truth Solutions is made up of a small group of committed and talented people passionate about challenging the status quo of humanitarian aid.
Meet the Board
Our Board brings together a diverse group of leaders committed to guiding our organisation with their vision, expertise and dedication. With diverse backgrounds, strategic mind and a shared commitment to our mission, they provide invaluable support and direction to our work.
Our core principles
At Ground Truth Solutions, our commitment to ethics and values isn’t just another box to tick; it is at the heart of what we do and the foundation of who we are.
We are honest.
Whether it is about our analysis of the state of the humanitarian system or the limits of our own work. We pride ourselves on an open internal and external feedback culture.
We are curious.
We are a learning organisation. We are humble. We ask questions and seek better ways to do things. We learn from the experiences and ideas of people affected by crises, colleagues and partners.
We are accountable.
People, aid agencies and donors rely on us to use scarce funds to drive change for the better. We are disciplined. When we decide we will do something, we don’t just do it quickly – we do it well.
We are a dream team.
All our colleagues are extraordinary at what they do and collaborate effectively. We help each other to be our best.
We are bold.
We stand up for what we believe in. We approach our work purposefully and without fear. But we are always ready to challenge beliefs and anecdotes – including our own – with new information.
