International Rescue Committee (IRC):
Client Voice and Choice Initiative
Under the Client Voice and Choice (CVC) initiative, IRC has partnered with Ground Truth to explore ways to more systematically capture and bring client perspectives into its programming. The initiative is piloted in four different countries: Syria, South Sudan, Kenya, and Greece.
In Syria, Ground Truth has designed a survey instrument to collect regular feedback from clients of a health programme run by IRC in partnership with Syrian NGOs in Dar’a and Quneitra governorates. The survey is asked to people living in the catchment areas surrounding health facilities that IRC supports with medical supplies and financial incentives.
The first round of data collection started in March 2015, followed by two more rounds until May 2016. To read the IRC Pilot Case Study for the health programme in Southern Syria, please click here.
