Since joining Ground Truth Solutions, Isabella has been heavily involved in the collection, analysis and presentation of our findings at the response-wide level. She has experience working with a range of humanitarian organisations to ensure that our feedback data is discussed and acted upon. Isabella has also helped launch and publicise the Humanitarian Voice Index, making aggregated feedback data available on a global scale. Recently, she has taken a more prominent role in Ground Truth Solutions’ capacity strengthening work, helping organisations to design and implement feedback mechanisms independently. Her primary focus are the francophone contexts of Central and Western Africa.
Isabella holds a bachelor's in international business from Maastricht University, a bachelor's in politics and modern history from the University of Manchester, and a master's in international development and humanitarian emergencies from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
